I'm Getting An Error Code

Error Code	Solutions	Tips/Tricks
4	The throttle has not returned to the start position on startup. Check whether the throttle can return to the start position or if something is blocking the throttle unit.
5	The throttle may be damaged. Check the throttle or throttle cable for damage.
6	The battery voltage is too low to operate. An incorrect battery was used.
7	The battery voltage is too high to operate. An incorrect battery was used on the bike.
8	Motor cable issue: remove the zip ties from the motor cable ( it comes out of the rear wheel) and inspect it for damage.	Cut Zip Ties to get slack in the cables and check to make sure the wires are not cut from zip ties.
9	At least one of the motor phase wires has been disconnected or damaged.
10	The controller has reached the highest allowable temp. Allow the controller to cool down before using the ebike again.
11	The Controller's temp sensor is disconnected or damaged.
12	The controller sensor has become disconnected or damaged.
15	Controller needs replacing
21	The speed sensor has become disconnected or damaged.
30	Poor connection between the controller and the display. Check all cable connections.
