When will my e-bike ship?Updated a year ago

In-stock orders typically ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted on our product page. 

For in-stock orders, we'll provide a tracking number once your bike ships. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 1-3 days for your shipment to be scanned by FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information. We recommend checking the tracking link for further information.

E-bikes are shipped via FedEx and require an adult (21 yrs) or older to sign at delivery.
