It may take up to 72 hours for your shipment information to be updated and received by UPS. Because of the volume of items, the freight is not scanned upon initial retrieval, causing this delay. Once the products arrive at the distribution center, they will be sorted and scanned as received. Once they are loaded onto an outgoing truck, they will be scanned again to update the information.
Our labeling can be done at any hour during the day according to the warehouse schedules, but the pickup schedule is specific and determined by UPS.
UPS publishes a disclaimer related to this and will provide similar information. This delay is normal and is commonly seen over the weekend as well.
If you do not see any activity after 4 days, you should call UPS to request an update, or contact our support team at email@example.com.
