Shipping and delivery times vary depending on factors such as demand, production, holidays, and weather. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your bike is ready to leave our facility.
For all In-Stock orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Due to the size and nature of the e-bike, shipments can usually be carried by ground shipping only. For customers in the continental United Stated, the transit time required depends on how far the destination is from our San Diego warehouse. Hawaii delivery times vary, and you should check with our support team for additional information
For all Pre-Order purchases, please refer to the product page for updates. The shipments normally take about 4-6 weeks to ship from the factory to our warehouse. Once a new shipment arrives at our facility, each bike is individually inspected and tested. Once the bike has passed the inspection process, it is then assembled based on your specific modifications, including upgrades and added accessories. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on volume. We do everything we can to minimize your wait time, and once your bike is ready to ship, refer to the map above for transit time estimates
