At low temperatures the Li-ion cells will have a reduced performance due to lower capacity and discharge power. Which means less speed and range. For example at 0°C (32°F) they loose almost 18% Capacity.
Following up the battery care suggestions for charge and storage we continue here with riding tips
-Exercise the battery before going outside by using the throttle for a minute
-Ride using a power capped assist level like 1, 2 and 3
-Try and use a Neoprene cover for your pack, as the wind will decrease its temperature and therefore its range
